Two Fat Bunnies (ACN 165981242) operates the online store at 2fb.com.au (the “Site”).

We sell photographic prints, print‑on‑demand merchandise, and digital photo licences. Our store is hosted on Shopify and we use third‑party providers for production and shipping.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our other policies (Privacy Policy, Shipping, Returns/Refunds, and any licence terms shown on product pages).

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or use the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Orders and pricing

Order acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order (for example, due to stock/production constraints, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.

Pricing and tax: Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. You are responsible for any duties/taxes for deliveries outside Australia.

Payment: We use third‑party payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.

Cancelling or changing orders: Print‑on‑demand orders often move to production quickly. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after submission. Please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Shipping and delivery

Fulfilment: Most physical products are produced and shipped by our third‑party partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guarantees.

Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional product and shipping charges may apply for re‑delivery if the address provided was inaccurate.

Risk and title: Title and risk in goods pass to you upon delivery to the delivery address you provided.

International shipments: Cross‑border deliveries may be subject to customs inspections, delays, and duties/taxes payable by you. Note that we only ship to Australian addresses at present and will update if this changes.

7. Returns, refunds and exchanges

Change‑of‑mind: Because these items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size/colour selection. Please check size charts and product details carefully.

Damaged/defective or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@2fb.com.au within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund according to your preference and availability.

Return process: Do not return items before contacting us. Returns for print‑on‑demand items may need to be sent to our fulfiller’s facility; we will provide instructions and the correct return address.

Digital products: Digital files/licences are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once download access or delivery has been provided, except as required by law or if the file is defective (in which case we will replace or refund).

8. Product colours and images

We try to display colours and images accurately, but actual colours/placement may vary due to screen settings and print processes.

9. Third‑party services

We use third‑party apps and fulfilment/shipping providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party websites or services.

10. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you may have under the ACL. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, refund) as set out in the ACL.

11. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Site or products for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts, to violate any laws or third‑party rights, to upload malware, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Site.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including photos, text, graphics, logos) is owned by or licensed to Two Fat Bunnies and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by an applicable licence you have purchased.

13. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy available on the Site.

14. Warranties and disclaimers

Except as required by the ACL or other non‑excludable laws, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, and we disclaim all implied warranties.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the ACL, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to: (a) for goods—replacement or repair, or payment of the cost of replacement or repair; and (b) for services—resupply or payment of the cost of resupply.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Two Fat Bunnies and our service providers from any claims, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, shortages, war, pandemics, or disruptions affecting our providers).

18. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may update the Site, our products, and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts.
