Returns and Refunds Policy

Two Fat Bunnies goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If the product has a major failure, you are entitled to:

  • a refund; or
  • a replacement of the same type of product (if available).  

You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss/damage caused by the failure.

Examples of major failure include if a product:

  • has a serious problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known;
  • is unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description;
  • is not for purpose and cannot easily be fixed.

For minor issues, we will offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable time. If this is not done, you may choose a refund.

Any refund will be for the full amount paid for the products including any postage costs. 

For valid ACL claims, we cover reasonable return or re‑delivery costs.

Change of Mind

As our products are made to order and shipped by third‑party fulfilment partners, change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted for made‑to‑order items.

Contact and Returns Process

To return a product purchased online:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a description of the problem and photos of the item.
  • Wait for return approval and instructions from Two Fat Bunnies before sending the product back. 

Processing of returns 

For online purchases with the products returned by the customer by post to the specified returns address, a customer should allow 10 business days from the day that the customer’s parcel is received at the returns address for the return to be processed. The customer will receive an email once the return has been finalised.  

For online purchases, any refunds to the customer’s credit card will usually take 3 to 5 business days to appear on the customer’s bank statement.
